Question: Please, explain the provision of article 77 of the Water Code in the wording of 2007. The article prohibits parking of vehicles closer than 30 m from water. Is this rule related to the roads of common use, and if so, is this in agreement with Traffic Rules.
Question: In accordance with clause 190 of the Rules: For hunting, training and performing the competitions hunting dogs may be used by hunters in cases set up in the present Rules registered by the republican state and public association Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermenâ.
Does it mean that non-citizens of the Republic of Belarus may not participate with their dogs in hunting events organized in our country, and foreign hunters may not use the dogs in their possession (for example, gun-dogs)?
Question: I bought a hunting headlight boar with documents and a device for fixing to a smooth-bore gun, may I use it for hunting within permitted period. I am also planning to buy a collimator sight. May I use it for hunting and should I register the headlight and the collimator?
